Das ganze Ger\u00e4t ist nun durch vier Rollen am Gestell verschiebbar. Um das Band mittig zu halten bekommt die hintere F\u00fchrungsrolle eine konische Kontur sowie seitliche Rollenf\u00fchrungen. Zudem kann das Band \u00fcber Schrauben gespannt und ausgerichtet werden. Die Menge des Abgeworfenen Materials wird mittels Lichtschranke  dosiert. Zudem erfolgt der Abwurf lediglich bei niedriger Schredder Last. Im \u00dcberlastfall erfolgt der R\u00fccklauf \u00fcber ein Wechselrelais. Zur Verminderung von EMV Problemen kommen Snubber zum Einsatz. Der Materialvorrat wandert komplett auf das Band und erh\u00e4lt im vorderen Bereich ein Blech um gro\u00dfe Materialanh\u00e4ufungen zu vermeiden.
